If an item is marked as Pre-order in blue then we have an availability date but it has not arrived in our warehouse. You can order these items and we will reserve the stock for you. We strongly recommend placing pre-order items on a separate order. If a Pre-order item is added to an order with immediately available items we will create a second Pre-order, this will have a new order number. If the available items have a value over £250 (ex VAT) we will ship these immediately and inform you when your Pre-order items are available. If an item is marked out of stock, we do not yet have an availability date. 

Please note that split shipments are invoiced separately based on the delivery date to you. It is for this reason we suggest creating a second order for Pre-order items.

No, the glasses are made and hand painted in Italy and should never be placed in a dishwasher. They should be cleaned by hand using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. The metal stirrers should also be handwashed to prolong the material finish.

The glasses are espresso glasses and can be used for espresso and macchiato.

The glasses have been designed by Dolce&Gabbana and manufactured and hand painted in Italy. No two glasses are exactly the same and have been made by expert artisan glassware artists.

The glasses are designed to be durable but like all glass items they cannot be guaranteed from breakage. If an item is received damaged, a replacement will be provided.

The glasses do warm up but do not get too hot to touch and have been designed to hold at the top of the glass that remains cooler. 

We would recommend a 3 cup stovetop size if you are going to be serving in the two glasses. Please remember the cups size refers to espresso cups and not mugs.
