Returns & Damages
We do everything to ensure our products arrive undamaged however occasionally faults and damages can happen but we will happily assist once you have submitted a returns form. Any item returned due to damage without the submission of a returns form will not be credited, you can find the link to the returns form below. If you can attach an image of the damage this will allow us to quickly process the credit for you.
As per our terms and conditions all cosmetic damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Any product faults will be part of the manufacturing warranty. Claims outside of that warranty period will not be accepted. The day of receipt is the delivery day as shown on your tracking information for the specific order.
Please note you must provide a PO number that relates to the damages. We will not take responsibility for damaged goods that have been dispatched to your customer and a case should be raised with your carrier. We do not offer sale or return.
