What is Pre-order?
If an item is marked as Pre-order in blue then we have an availability date but it has not arrived in our warehouse. You can order these items and we will reserve the stock for you. We strongly recommend placing pre-order items on a separate order. If a Pre-order item is added to an order with immediately available items we will create a second Pre-order, this will have a new order number. If the available items have a value over £250 (ex VAT) we will ship these immediately and inform you when your Pre-order items are available. If an item is marked out of stock, we do not yet have an availability date.
Please note that split shipments are invoiced separately based on the delivery date to you. It is for this reason we suggest creating a second order for Pre-order items.

Intenso (250g) - Intensity 9
Crafted from premium Indian Robusta beans and dark-roasted in Italy, this bold blend reveals deep bitter cocoa notes and full-bodied intensity. Perfect for strong coffee lovers.
Classico (250g) - Intensity 8
A perfectly balanced medium-roast blend of 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta, delivering delicate floral notes and dried fruit flavours. Ideal for your daily Italian coffee ritual.
PLEASE NOTE: Bialetti recently changed their intensity rating for this coffee from 7 to 8. You may receive a bag in older packaging - the coffee inside is exactly the same.
Pregiato (250g) - Intensity 5
This gentle 100% Arabica blend offers sophisticated floral notes and sweet dried fruit undertones. Perfect for multiple cups throughout the day across all brewing methods.

Freight charge - quoted on an order by order basis. Typically £25 for one carton up to 20kg to mainland Europe.
All export orders are either ex works or DAP - please note you may be liable for import duties and brokerage charges. As these are country specific we are unable to offer guidance on these.
For DAP orders your goods will be delivered to a local carrier via our UK partners EXPD
If ordering for the first time you are likely to have to provide a Power of Attorney (PoA) as well as pay local taxes
