We offer pre-orders on new items or items that are made to order. We ask that pre-orders are not added to standard stock orders and are placed as separate orders. This will ensure clear invoicing.

If an item is out of stock you can request a quote once you have logged into your account. We will hold this quote until the goods arrive and contact you to ensure you still require them.
We understand that accidents happen and every product does have a lifecycle. For that reason, we provide spare glass beakers for all our coffee press's.
The Barista & Co One Brew Replacement Beaker is made from borosilicate glass to protect against thermal shocks from temperatures.

Export Orders
Minimum order value - £400 / €450 / £500 (ex VAT / GST)
Freight charge - quoted on an order by order basis. Typically £25 for one carton up to 20kg to mainland Europe.
All export orders are either ex works or DAP - please note you may be liable for import duties and brokerage charges. As these are country specific we are unable to offer guidance on these.
For DAP orders your goods will be delivered to a local carrier via our UK partners EXPD
If ordering for the first time you are likely to have to provide a Power of Attorney (PoA) as well as pay local taxes
