The code email can often go into spam or junk so please check these folders first. If it has not come to you then it means the email address you are using is not the same as the one that you provided when setting up your account. Please email trade@andcobrands.com and provide the email address that you would like to use to login. 

If you are logging in with an email address that was not provided when you opened your account with us or you have not opened a trade account, you will not be able to see trade prices. If it has been over 18 months since you last ordered from us then your account will have been deactivated and you will not be able to see trade prices. Please email trade@andcobrands.com with the email you would like to use to login to the store and we can rectify this for you.

Once you have been approved for a wholesale account you will be able to see the; wholesale price (ex VAT) the RRP (recommended retail price inc VAT) and the trade pack price (ex VAT). We leave our trade accounts open for 18 months from the last order date. After that date your account will be marked as obsolete and you will have to complete a new wholesale application form. 

You can use the drop down tabs underneath each product to choose your size and colour. Alternatively you can click on the product image or title on the collection page and it will take you to the product page where you can find further product details and product FAQ’s. 

To receive our standard trade pricing you have to order in trade pack multiples. You can now order singles although the price is higher to cover the additional logistic costs. Once the trade pack multiple is reached you can no longer order out of pack size. For example if an item has a trade pack of 6, you can order 1,2,3,4 or 5 pieces but you can't order 7 pieces as that is over the trade pack quantity. In this case you will see an error message. 

Yes, we have recently introduced the option to order singles. The price is slightly higher to cover our additional picking costs. 

No, you can't mix colours to reach the trade pack size and receive the standard wholesale price. You can order each SKU in singles but you will pay the higher single piece price. 

The minimum order value on the wholesale website is £180 (£150 ex VAT) and delivery is charged at £12 (£10 ex VAT). Free delivery (carriage paid) is offered on all orders over £360 (£300 ex VAT).

No, once you have placed an order it is immediately sent to our warehouse and you are unable to amend it within your customer account so we recommend taking care to choose the correct products. Our team is unable to modify orders but they can cancel your order if we receive notification by email within one hour of the order being placed. After this time the order starts to be processed for dispatch.
