Our minimum order quantity is based on the wholesale pack sizes, this is typically 4 or 6. We recommend a minimum of 24 units due to the set-up fee. In addition we have a minimum order value is £300 (ex VAT)

Yes, we have a flat fee per product of £35. The fee is the same whether you order 6 or 600 and it is a one off fee that you don't need to pay again for repeat orders.

The set-up fee is per product size so if you order three colours of the same product and size there is only one set-up fee. If you order a different product or size then a second set-up fee is chargeable. This is due to the fact we have to adjust our machinery for different sizes.

For laser etching we require a SVG file for print we can accept PNG, JPG or SVG. If you're unsure then it's worth reading our Guide to Customisation.

If you would like a sample you will have to pay for the set-up and sample. Our system will ask you to place an order but no payment will be taken until you approve the job. You will then be sent a payment link or proforma invoice before production starts.

Yes, if you would like to receive a sample you can click Sample Product on the customisation page and we will send you one. The cost is the set-up fee plus the individual unit cost at retail. This includes free delivery to any UK mainland address. Delivery outside of the UK is calculated at checkout and can be found on our shipping page.

A project usually takes 10 working days from sample or digital proof sign off. For smaller orders this may be shorter and for higher volume orders we may need some extra time. We will give you a clear lead-time once we have your project details.
