Product & Availability

Once you have logged into your account on the website you will be able to find a tab in the footer navigation called Product Availability. That shows our next week commencing availability for all brands. If the item is out of stock on our website and is not included in that list then we do not yet have shipping information.

You can also use the Email Me When in Stock function on the product page and/or join our UK Retailer WhatsApp group where we send out restock messages, join here.

No, we do not hold backorders however you can request a quote in your account for any out of stock items and we will contact you when they come back into stock.

Our standard delivery charges apply to Quotes and Pre-orders.

You can use the request a quote function in your account and we will contact you when these items become available. Your quote request does not have to be carriage paid and we will contact you when goods come in to see if you would like to add to the order. If you do not then our standard carriage charges will be applied. Order values can not be combined across multiple orders or quotes.

We use the pre-order function for new product launches or items that are made to order. You will see the pre-order symbol below the product code if it is relevant to that item. If it does not show, the item can't be pre-ordered. Typically these items are found in the New In sections. We provide an estimated delivery date and you will receive a notification when the goods ship.

The quoting function can be used if you are creating a new range and you would like us to review it for you or if you would like to reserve out of stock items. Once we receive the goods we will contact you before converting the quote to an order. Please do not use the request quote function when placing standard orders. Our pricing is fixed and the same for orders and quotes.

Unfortunately if a product is no longer visible on our website then we do not stock that item anymore and we will not be offering it again for sale.

You can find all of the available spare parts in the brand navigation and we also add the spare parts to the People Also Bought section on the product page. If they are not immediately visible, please scroll to the right. 

Yes, we have UK and EU certification for all of the products that we sell and we are the sole and exclusive UK wholesale distributor. For the Barista & Co and WanderBy brands we have global certification and test reports.
