Pre-order

We offer pre-orders on new items or items that are made to order. We ask that pre-orders are not added to standard stock orders and are placed as separate orders. This will ensure clear invoicing. 

Quote

If an item is out of stock you can request a quote once you have logged into your account. We will hold this quote until the goods arrive and contact you to ensure you still require them.
