Dispatch & Delivery
For UK orders we aim to process all orders received by midday on the same day. Any orders placed after midday will be dispatched on the following working day. All orders received outside of office hours will be dispatched on the next working day. In busy periods or for high volume orders, it may take us longer than normal to dispatch.
International orders can take up to 5 days to dispatch due to the requirement for export paperwork.
Many of our deliveries are multiple box deliveries and it is not uncommon for the boxes to be delivered on different days, usually in succession. We suggest waiting 2 further days from the first delivery date and if the missing products have not been delivered, please contact us.
Yes you can track all our UK deliveries and you will be sent a tracking link when the goods have been passed to the carrier. We would always suggest checking this link before contacting us as our team uses the same information.
For health and safety reasons only carriers can collect from our warehouse. If you provide us with your carrier details, we can arrange collection on an ex works basis for international orders. Please note any collecting carrier must quote the order SO number, goods will not be released without this.
No we do not currently offer international delivery however we are happy to supply you on Ex Works INCOTERMS and provide a commercial invoice and packing list so your carrier can collect. We do also have distribution partners globally. Please email sales@andcobrands.com and we would be happy to help.
You can request a delivery date in the notes and we will ask that our carrier delivers on that date but we cannot guarantee this. When an order is placed we assume it is for immediate delivery unless a date is specified.
