We offer pre-orders on new items, made to order items or items where we have an inbound shipment date. We ask that pre-orders are not added to standard stock orders and are placed as separate orders. This will ensure clear invoicing.
We will contact you when the goods are available. Please note pre-orders are subject to our standard shipping terms. If your pre-order is below the minimum order value or carriage paid, we will contact you before dispatch.

Export Orders
Minimum order value - £400 / €450 / £500 (ex VAT / GST)
Freight charge - quoted on an order by order basis. Typically £25 for one carton up to 20kg to mainland Europe.
All export orders are either ex works or DAP - please note you may be liable for import duties and brokerage charges. As these are country specific we are unable to offer guidance on these.
For DAP orders your goods will be delivered to a local carrier via our UK partners EXPD
If ordering for the first time you are likely to have to provide a Power of Attorney (PoA) as well as pay local taxes
